Full-time - Monday - Friday

I am currently seeking an office supervisor to work at a Harrow based primary school from January 6th 2025.

Ideally you will have SIMS experience and previous experience working within a school.

Job Specification: Office Supervisor

  • SIMS experience is essential, experience with Bromcom or similar school management software would also be acceptable.
  • As office Supervisor you will be able to effectively lead and manage a team of administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of school reception and office functions.
  • Oversee visitor management, including monitoring entry, welcoming guests, and ensuring proper identification protocols are followed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and Governing Body, including arranging meetings, proofreading documents, and maintaining staff records.
  • Manage school correspondence, including newsletters, policy distribution, and event organization, as well as handling bookings, payments, and lettings for school premises.
  • Maintain and utilize the Schools Management Information Systems (SIMS) for record-keeping and administrative tasks.
  • Handle financial duties such as collecting, accounting for, and banking school and charity funds in line with financial regulations.
