I am looking for a Lettings Manager to run and develop a successful and fast growing estate and lettings agency in Harrow on the Hill.Full Job DescriptionLETTINGS MANAGERMIDDLESEXBASIC: £30,000 DOEOTE: £70,000I am looking for a Lettings Manager to run and develop a successful and fast growing estate and lettings agency in Middlesex.The Lettings Manager will be responsible for the operational performance, leading the overall lettings strategy and team. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record at winning business, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate, ambitious, and focused on driving growth in the Letting industry and having entrepreneurial flair and passion to succeed within this thriving company. While the focus of this role will of course be on managing the existing the current lettings stock, There will also be a huge focus on generating new business for the rental portfolio. As the business progresses there is also potential to move into a management role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct market appraisals and instructing new business.
  • Achieve targets and ensuring the office builds market share.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing landlords
  • Overseeing the processing of tenant applications and reference checks
  • Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis
  • Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld
  • Reviewing outgoings & budget cost analysis
  • Monitoring and promoting online staff reviews
Requirements:
  • Experience in residential lettings.
  • Ability to bring on new business
  • Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
  • ARLA qualified (preferable) 
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to succeed and grow within the business
  • Strong time management skills 
Job Benefits:
  • Basic Salary £30,000 DOE.
  • OTE Approx. £70,000 in Y1.

  • Five day working week, day of in lieu of Saturday working
