- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct market appraisals and instructing new business.
- Achieve targets and ensuring the office builds market share.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing landlords
- Overseeing the processing of tenant applications and reference checks
- Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis
- Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld
- Reviewing outgoings & budget cost analysis
- Monitoring and promoting online staff reviews
- Experience in residential lettings.
- Ability to bring on new business
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
- ARLA qualified (preferable)
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to succeed and grow within the business
- Strong time management skills
- Basic Salary £30,000 DOE.
- OTE Approx. £70,000 in Y1.
