This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lister or Assistant Manager looking to take on more responsibility and grow within the residential sales industry.

The Package:
  • Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

If you have prior experience in residential sales and have either managed a branch or department, or come from a Valuer or Assistant Branch Manager role, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office & Staff Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and lead your team to success.
  • Team Coaching: Provide guidance, development, and growth opportunities for your team members.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Business Growth: Increase business levels and exceed sales targets.
  • Property Valuations & Instructions: Handle property valuations and instruct properties to the market.
  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales process and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Training & Development: Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in residential sales, particularly in a managerial role (Assistant Manager, Valuer, or similar)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passionate about customer service and achieving business goals
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • A drive for career growth and development
  • Full UK driving Licence
