My client are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to lead their team in Harrow as the new Branch Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated property professional with leadership skills, ready to drive business growth and mentor a team towards success.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to ensure alignment and focus on objectives.
  • Coach the team to achieve KPIs and monitor individual performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Encourage team development and progression while maintaining a strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, including liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers, agree on sales, and ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards across all regulatory bodies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and communities.
  • Proven ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch and assess local competitor performance.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) and attention to detail.
