About the role:
SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving and vibrant primary school in Harrow who are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)/Unqualified Teacher.
The role will be split into teaching a small group of students with moderate learning difficulties in the mornings, and general PPA teaching across the rest of the primary school in the afternoons.
Details:
- Mornings will be spent teaching a class of 5 students with moderate learning difficulties (students aged year 3 to year 6)
- Afternoons will be general PPA teaching across the primary school (year 1 to year 6)
- Full-time role (8.30am until 4pm) Monday to Friday
- Long-term position until July 2025 to begin, with scope for extension from September 2025
- School has on-site parking
About you:
- Must have experience supporting/teaching special needs (SEN)
- Must have experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or unqualified teacher
- Must be proactive
- Must be able to use initiative
