We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing a retail store for a reputable company. This role requires a technically savvy individual who is skilled in traditional retail management and has a foundational understanding of automation tools and processes to enhance store efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement and manage in-store processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and improve the customer experience.
  • Utilize automation tools to streamline inventory management, order processing, and staff scheduling.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and long-term strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure the store meets all company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Manage store budgets, including expenses, inventory costs, and labor hours.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising to maximize product exposure and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and events.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager in a reputable store.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of retail management practices, including sales analysis, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Technical proficiency with retail management software (POS systems, inventory management tools) and basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., automated inventory tracking, staff scheduling software).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A visionary mindset with a commitment to long-term growth and sustainability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with retail automation tools and software, such as automated inventory management, digital signage, or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
