Key Responsibilities:
" Monitor and manage rent accounts to ensure timely payments.
" Provide support and advice to residents regarding rent arrears.
" Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to resolve complex cases.
" Prepare and present reports on income collection performance.
" Promote financial inclusion and offer assistance to residents to maintain their tenancies.
Requirements:
" Experience in income collection or housing management is preferred.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
" Proficiency in using housing management systems and software.
" Excellent organizational and time management skills.
" Knowledge of welfare benefits
