Are you a capable Behaviour Support Assistant, who is looking for a stimulating new role? Have you got a passion for SEND education, and looking to learn new skills and throw yourself into new challenges, potentially as a Behaviour Support Assistant?

I am looking to speak to knowledgeable graduates who are looking to work with Secondary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The school I am currently working with is a mainstream Secondary school with a high level of SEMH and EBD. This school has a program for children with SEMH, who have either been excluded from mainstream education or they need extra support. With their main focus being reintegration and supporting the children, this bustling and dedicated staff body is looking to add a Behaviour Support Assistant to their ever-growing staff.

Behaviour Support Assistant | What do you need?

  • A Behaviour Support Assistant requires First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University.
  • A Behaviour Support Assistant must be someone who's eager to learn and apply themselves fully and willing to hit the ground running
  • A desire to work in education in the future could be beneficial for a Behaviour Support Assistant
  • A Behaviour Support Assistant must be a strong, determined and dedicated individual, who is aware of how working as a Behaviour Support Assistant will have its tougher days... but be the most rewarding job.
  • Experience with SEND children / Experience with Behavioural Difficulties would be extremely beneficial
