ICT Manager ~ North West London ~ £35,000 to £38,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits eDBS: All candidates must be willing to undergo an "Enhanced" DBS check if successful.  Absolute Recruit is thrilled to support a renowned IT Managed Service provider. We are currently searching for an ICT Manager to be based in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business experiencing sustained growth.  This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who are currently working at a 2nd/3rd Line level. It may also appeal to Assistant IT Managers or Network Managers looking to advance their careers.  As an ICT Manager, you will have a customer-facing role, regularly engaging with key stakeholders. Therefore, the ICT Manager must be comfortable in front of clients and ideally have client-facing experience.  The ICT Manager will have documented experience supporting Virtual and Physical Servers, Networks, and End User Computer Support. You will also support hardware, including Printers, AV equipment, Touchscreens, and Projectors.  In addition to providing customer-focused support, the ICT Manager will help promote the MSP's services and assist in planning for future projects. Strong soft skills are essential, and the client seeks candidates who are friendly, approachable, and engaging. Technical Experience Required:  
  • Hyper-V or VMware experience
  • Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory and Group Policy creation
  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Scanners, Projectors, and AV equipment
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable but not essential.
