Requirements:

Proven experience in urban design and town planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
