Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Hartlepool
Salary: £12.50 per hour (All Shifts)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Shift Pattern: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am – 37.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Hartlepool. As a Machine Operator, you will be fully trained on the machinery, and paired up with a skilled colleague to support your development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in factory or machine operating, looking for a secure role with a great company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules and safety protocols
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Support with basic machine maintenance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 6am – 2pm
- 2pm – 10pm
- 10pm – 6am
- 37.5 hours per week
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in factory or machine operating
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexible to work across different shifts
