With multiple offices in the region, they are expanding to meet growing client demand and are seeking an experiencedResidential Conveyancerto join their team at the Hartlepool Marina office.

Role Overview:
This position is suited for a confident, self-motivated Residential Conveyancer with extensive experience in handling a wide range of residential property matters. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing files independently from instruction through to post-completion, including freehold, leasehold, and right-to-buy transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a variety of residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, freehold, leasehold, and right-to-buy matters.
  • Running purchase files from initial instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Attending clients, providing quotes, taking instructions, and offering timely updates.
  • Working to tight deadlines while effectively prioritizing workloads.
  • Demonstrating excellent client care skills and maintaining high standards of communication (both written and oral) with clients and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, with a comprehensive understanding of property law.
  • Strong client care and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
