Hello Education are looking to hire an enthusiastic & caring individual to work as a Teaching Assistant/Learning support Aid, within our Schools in the County Durham area. We are looking for someone passionate, who enjoys working with both, 1:1 and small groups.

Duties:
- Working on a 1:1 basis, or a small group of Children
- Working with children with a variety of SENd needs
- Ability to use different strategies to support learning and the needs of the child
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with SENd needs (desirable, but not essential)
- Must demonstrate a positive and willing attitude
- Patient, understanding and self-reliant
- Adaptable to changing situations and comfortable dealing with behaviour management, if needed
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel to different locations/Schools (desirable, but not essential)
