Our Client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a 2-week contract starting February 25th in Longield, Kent.
The role involves snagging and de-snagging houses while reporting to the Site Manager.
Candidates must have previous experience working for a Housebuilder and managing plots from 2nd fix to CML.
A carpentry background is ideal but not essential; however, a keen eye for detail is required.
Applicants must hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
