Salary: up to £90k + Package
My client is looking for a Project Manager, the Project Manager is required to work for a Main building contractor. The Project Manager will have experience working for a main building contractor and have the ability to deliver projects across Education, Commercial, Care Homes and Residential projects.
The Project Manager will have experience delivering projects up to £20m. RC Frame experience. Managing programme/ ASTA power planning with the assistance of Design and Site Management.
The Project Manager will ideally have the following skillset:
- 5 Years experience as a Project Manager
- MCIOB/ Degree qualified
- Project experience from inception to completion.
- Project Values up to £20m.
