My client at the forefront of bioprocessing and sustainable biochemical solutions, developing cutting-edge technologies for industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and industrial bioprocessing.
Due to growth and investment, they're looking for a Senior Biochemical Engineer to join their team. You'll report into the CEO and COO and lead a team of 2 engineers, with the opportunity to grow the team and become a department lead, as the company scales.
Playing a key role in their innovation and development you'll;
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of biochemical processes.
- Scale up and troubleshoot fermentation, enzymatic, and cell culture-based production systems.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineers, and regulatory teams to develop innovative solutions.
-Work on projects that have a global impact, driving sustainability and efficiency in bioprocessing.
They're looking for a degree qualified chemical engineer, ideally with experience in small scale bioprocessing or upstream pharmaceuticals, with experience in managing/leading a team.
