Responsibilities:

Are you an experienced Operations Clerk with a passion for freight forwarding? Look no further! Our client is a well-established logistics company seeking a talented individual to join their Freight Forwarding Division. With a focus on domestic haulage and freight forwarding, our client is a major player in the industry.

We are currently hiring for an experienced Sea Freight Operations Clerk to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sea freight division and customs clearance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ?? Quoting clients and managing bookings through our in-house software
  • ?? Communicating and coordinating with customers, agents, and suppliers
  • ?? Arranging collections and deliveries
  • ??Preparing important documents such as Bill of Lading, Collection and Delivery Notes, and Customs Paperwork
  • ?? Handling customs clearance efficiently
  • ??Generating accurate invoices

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • Good time management skills with a hardworking nature
