Job Title: Stores Operative
Hours: 6am - 6pm shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off
Location: Harwich, Essex
Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour
Contract Duration: To start ASAP until June 2025

Our client, a global leader in renewable energy, is seeking a Stores Operative to join their Service team at the Galloper Operations & Maintenance Facility based in Harwich, Essex. As the Stores Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of stocks and meeting customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stock movements and maintain accurate records
- Pack tools and parts, ensuring compliance with export and container packing documentation
- Conduct inventory counting and audits to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate logistics solutions to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers
- Produce import and export paperwork in accordance with site procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehousing/logistics is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Forklift licence is desirable
- Valid driving licence is advantageous due to shift patterns
