Job Description:

We are seeking a Contracts Project Engineer to manage and deliver mechanical installation projects from planning through to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing contracts, project schedules, budgets and ensuring that all work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor project milestones, manage contractor performance, and maintain strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include assessing project risks, managing scope changes, and providing technical support during installation phases.

Key Responsibilities/Requirement:

  • Proven experience contract management within mechanical installation or engineering fields.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Strong organisational and budgeting skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar 2D/3D software.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UK Driving Licence required.
  • Familiarity with EIA chapter drafting is beneficial.
