Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Doncaster DN11
Salary: 12.21 / hr
Hours: Monday - Friday (Shift Rotation: 6am-2:30pm & 2pm-10:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products to meet quality standards.
- Follow health & safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist with stock control, material handling, and process improvements.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
