  • Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in design management within the residential construction industry, with a focus on luxury projects. Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the design process to ensure alignment between design intent and construction execution.
  • Collaborate with site managers and site staff to resolve design-related issues and ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to integrate design requirements into project plans.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and partnering architects, design studios, and multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating clear communication and addressing design challenges.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of design documents and site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of design changes, approvals, and correspondence, and prepare design reports for stakeholders.
