• As a senior member of the company you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the local community.
• Identify opportunities for valuations and network accordingly.
• Work alongside the Company Owners in driving the business growth.
• Conduct market appraisals and arrange all activities for the property to come to the market in a timely manner.
• Managing clients and keeping them updated with regular communications.
• Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors and surveyors.
• Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
• Maintain and enhance the agency's excellent local reputation for service.

Required skill sets for Sales Manager:

• Proven track record of generating new business and developing professional relationships with clients.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Highly motivated to build and develop the department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
• A full UK driving licence.

• A competitive basic salary of £35,000 (dependent on your experience) plus a generous team commission structure (£65,000 OTE).
