EA to MDThe Executive PA will provide high-level of day-to-day support to the Managing Director ensuring his schedules run smoothly and efficiently.  This role requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and discretion, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.The Executive PA will play a pivotal role in coordinating calendars, organising meetings, preparing minutes, and handling confidential correspondence. They will act as a reliable and professional       point of contact, helping to uphold the company’s commitment to excellence in all areas.  Responsibilities
  • Organising and managing the MD's diary, prioritising meetings and appointments.
  • Scheduling and coordinating both internal and external meetings, including travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses or appropriate delegation.
  • Drafting and reviewing communications, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Arranging extensive travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transport, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
  • Preparing agendas, meeting materials, and reports in advance of meetings.
  • Taking minutes during meetings, distributing them, and following up on action points.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Overseeing and tracking key projects or tasks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assisting with prioritising, following up on deadlines, and ensuring the MD is well-prepared.
  • Organising and coordinating ad-hoc internal and external events as required.
  • Managing expenses and ensuring timely reporting.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and key partners.
