We are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Manager (Culture and People) who will continue to lead in fostering a positive work environment and where collaboration and respect are core.

Holy Cross Hospital is a registered Charity and owned by the Daughters of the Cross. Our expertise is in the provision of neuro-rehabilitation for our patients. We presently have 42 in-patient beds and provide OP Physiotherapy for the local community. https://holycross.org.uk/about-us/

Reporting to the Chief Executive, and working with your Senior Management team colleagues you will be a key member of the SMT in developing a shared vision to grow our business and ensure its longevity.

We are looking for an energetic, self-directed and ambitious professional who has a track record in influencing, enabling and supporting teams. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and preferably hold a post graduate qualification in addition to demonstrating extensive knowledge of employment law, operational HR expertise and a track record of transformational change.
