A snapshot of your duties include :
- Handling accounts payable for the company.
- Processing transactions and conducting account reconciliation.
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Collaborating with other team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
- Complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A strong academic background in Accounting & Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Job Offer
- A salary ofup to 25k
- A standard 37.5-hour work week with the option for 1 day of home working or condensed hours with a 2pm Friday finish.
