Part-time Accounts Payable Assistant

Grafton Banks Finance, a well-established company in the Hastings area, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temporary basis. This position is set to last for an initial 3-month period, with the successful candidate working 2-3 days per week to support the finance team.

The role involves assisting with the daily financial operations within the Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and raising invoices
• Handling supplier statements
• Issuing credit notes
• Requesting and processing purchase order numbers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in finance
• Immediate availability, with a September start date
• An interest in part-time work (2-3 full days per week)
• The ability to commute to the Hastings office location.
