Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Technical and Customer Service Support to ensure accurate order delivery and quality standards.
• Actively contribute to business growth and support the Administration Manager in achieving operational and quality targets.
• Deliver technical assistance to GP lens customers, ensuring precise order entry aligned with customer needs.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints effectively to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate directly with the Commercial Leadership Team to meet safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications/Training:

• Essential: Customer / Technical support experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of relevant regulatory aspects.
• Competencies:

- Strong computer skills ??- Investigative and problem-solving abilities ??- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ??- Team player with interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
