Our client is based in Hastings and due to their continual growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for factory operatives to join their team.
Main Duties:
- Running and cleaning machinery
- Monitoring the production line
- Doing quality checks of products
- Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean
- Informing Supervisors of any issues
- Must comply with Company’s Health and Safety Regulations at all times
- Full training will be given
- Heavy lifting, standing and floor work will be required in various departments
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
- Factory/Machine experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Good time keeping
- Reliability
- Must be enthusiastic hardworking individuals
- Must be able to work on own initiative
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Different shift patterns, must be flexible:
- 6am - 2pm
- 2.30pm - 10pm
- 10.30pm - 6.30am
