- Agree interim payment amounts with clients and track payment schedules.
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and provide monthly reports.
- Send out subcontractor enquiries and assess quotations.
- Place orders and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Provide commercial advice to managers.
- Assist contract managers with financial aspects of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits.
- Always represent the company professionally.

- Experience in tendering, contract reviews, valuations, and final accounts.
- Knowledge of JCT Standard Forms of Contract or similar agreements.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage budgets and track payments.
- CSCS card holder.
- Full UK driving licence.
