Our Client is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join their team. This critical role demands exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining and improving high-quality standards. The successful Quality Engineer will play a key part in ensuring their products meet customer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer:

  • Contribute to the day-to-day maintenance and continual improvement standards.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality assurance functions.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to address quality-related concerns.
  • Lead external audits from customers, regulatory bodies, and other interested parties, if required.
  • Ensure internal and supplier audits are completed according to the audit schedule.
  • Drive the Non-Conformance (NC) and Return Material Authorisation (RMA) processes.
  • Generate and maintain quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 

As a Quality Engineer, your Experience would include:

  • Previous Experience in quality assurance, preferably as a Quality Engineer, in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with the ISO 9001 standard.
  • Proficiency in internal and external auditing.
  • Skill with problem-solving and root-cause investigation techniques.
  • Experience with machined parts and associated processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances.
  • Being an enthusiastic team player capable of delivering results.
