Accounts Receivable Assistant

Robert Half is looking to recruit a Accounts Receivable Assistant for our client near Hatfield, on an interim basis for 3-6 months.

The position of Accounts Receivable Assistant will be varied and focus on the following key duties.

1. Accounts Receivable:

* Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with customers. * Allocate payments received to client accounts. * Flag overdue accounts due for suspension. * Issuing refunds as required

2. Month-End Activities:

* Assist in generating month-end financial reports and analysis as required.

3. Bank Reconciliations:

* Manage and execute bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. * Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliations.

4. Banking:

* Support with project to move all acquired entities to our Corporate bankers. * Support with the timely closure of non-corporate bank accounts. * Notifying and all customers and funding entities of changes to bank details

The position of Accounts Receivable Assistant will be paying on an hourly rate basis and there is potential for hybrid working available.
