We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary clients team. Our client’s hotel prides itself on delivering a unique dining experience with a menu that reflects the best of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
  • Contribute to menu development with creative and innovative ideas.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for food and hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
