Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm and Saturday shift 9:00am - 1:00pm on a rota basis

Our client will consider applications from both candidates with office experience and without. This opportunity would also suit a graduate or school leaver as full training will be provided.

路Excellent customer service skills gained from office based, retail or hospitality environments.

路Upbeat, enthusiastic and proactive

RESPONSIBILITIES
路Handling inbound customer service enquiries from both new and existing customers
路Update customer records and set up new policies
路Issuing renewal documentation to customers
路Making outbound calls to customers and clients
路Completing the administration process for insurance plans, including setting up, cancellations and postal communications
路Ensure all documentation is sent out to customers and clients in the set time frames
路Escalate any complaints to senior members of the team
路Stay in line with GDPR and FCA regulations
