Customer Service Executive

Location: Hatfield

Salary: £23,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday  - Friday (1 in 3 Saturday mornings required, time off in lieu)

Job details: Permanent, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, onsite parking, option to buy/sell holiday, discounted products, Healthcare scheme

Customer Service Executive - Main Duties:

  • Handling incoming calls from New & Existing customers, supporting with queries
  • Setting up new insurance policies
  • Updating existing customer records
  • Issuing documentation including policy renewal notices
  • Following up with potential customers, building relationships
  • Handling complaints at first point of contact, escalating where required
  • Assisting other departments as required, particularly with follow up calls
  • Administrative tasks as required within the role

Customer Service Executive - Skills & Experience

  • Previous Customer Service experience is a must
  • A genuine desire to help people and provide great customer service
  • Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
