This role will see the suitable candidate maintain a wide range of equipment, acting as a leading figure within the team and enabling junior inspectors development and success. The right candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to direct and support colleagues as well as a strong knowledge of written documents such as risk assessments and progress reports.

The Role:
- Provide support and knowledge to a range of junior workers, enabling their success
- Conduct thorough inspections of a wide variety of lifting equipment including Manual / Powered Hoists and lifting accessories according to LOLER and PUWER standards
- Identify and document equipment defects, malfunctions and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspections reports for compliance purposes
- Service, Repair and Inspect lifting equipment in the company workshop
- Complete necessary paperwork in line with the companies set procedures
- Adhering to QHSE regulations to ensure accurate and effective inspections
- Perform a range of repairs in line with regulations

- Time served in a similar position
- LEEA Stage 1
- Full UK Driving Licence
