Our pub-restaurant has proudly won awards for the past two years, making it a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.

Renowned for our welcoming atmosphere and delicious food, we take great pride in our busy Sunday carvery, carefully crafted menu and exceptional customer service. The Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated cook to join our team, working:

5 days a week (10am-9pm), including weekends. This role requires someone who is ready to:

Prepare dishes to a high standard, adhering to our menu and some specials.
Manage and serve carveries with confidence and precision.
Work independently or as part of the kitchen team.
Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen management.

What Were Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a cook in a pub or restaurant setting.
Expertise in preparing and managing carveries.
A strong grasp of food hygiene practices, health and safety regulations, and allergen management.
Flexibility and commitment, including the ability to work onChristmas Day.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for great food.
