  • The role is office-based, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a 4:30 pm finish on Fridays, starting on December 2nd.

Our client is a well-established organisation currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual with a dedication to quality and service to join their growing team in Welham Green as a Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Cover).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and answering e-mails through a shared inbox
  • Communicating with our trade account customers over the telephone (incoming & outgoing calls) when required
  • Handling a variety of queries from customers and suppliers and finding solutions when required.
  • Liaising and coordinating with suppliers and couriers
  • Communicating with different internal departments, including the warehouse team
  • Using supplier portals when required
  • Preparing sales documents on internal system when required

Skills:

  • Office experience, confident telephone/customer service skills
  • Ability to manage own e-mails & prioritise workload
  • Good work ethic, happy to get stuck in, a "finisher" (wants to get the job done)
  • Comfortable going into warehouse when required.
