Our client is a well-established organisation currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual with a dedication to quality and service to join their growing team in Welham Green as a Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Cover).
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and answering e-mails through a shared inbox
- Communicating with our trade account customers over the telephone (incoming & outgoing calls) when required
- Handling a variety of queries from customers and suppliers and finding solutions when required.
- Liaising and coordinating with suppliers and couriers
- Communicating with different internal departments, including the warehouse team
- Using supplier portals when required
- Preparing sales documents on internal system when required
Skills:
- Office experience, confident telephone/customer service skills
- Ability to manage own e-mails & prioritise workload
- Good work ethic, happy to get stuck in, a "finisher" (wants to get the job done)
- Comfortable going into warehouse when required.
