Our client, based in Hatfield, are looking for customer service advisors to join their friendly team on a temp to perm basis.

Ideally you will have some office experience and be confident speaking to customers on the telephone. Full training will be given.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a diary of accounts from a variety of clients
  • Contacting customers by the effective use of outbound telephone calls, letters, emails and SMS
  • Understanding and respond to disputes, queries and/or complaints raised in order to achieve the best outcome for our clients
  • Acting within industry's compliance and regulatory rules
  • Negotiating payment plans or settlements in client’s best interest
  • Liaising with clients professionally

The ideal person will have:

  • Confident telephone manner & ability to build rapport with customers
  • Previous experience working to some sort of target would is beneficial but not essential
  • Performance driven, keen to learn and develop
