Customer Success Manager
Location: Hatfield
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: Up to £45k with a £50k OTE
Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays

The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead and develop the customer support team, ensuring outstanding service and operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where you can make a real impact.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Oversee daily customer support operations, ensuring high service standards
·Set and review performance targets aligned with company KPIs
·Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer support team
·Manage key processes including quotations, invoicing, dispatch, and deliveries
·Handle customer inquiries and conflict resolution effectively
·Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
·Collaborate with Sales & Operations to streamline customer interactions
·Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
What We're Looking For
·2+ years' experience in a customer service leadership role
·Proven track record of managing and developing teams
·Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
·Experience with ERP systems and process optimisation
· Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets & KPIs
·Full UK driving licence
