Customer Success Manager
Location: Hatfield
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: Up to 拢45k with a 拢50k OTE
Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays

The Role
My client is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead and develop the customer support team, ensuring outstanding service and operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
路Oversee daily customer support operations, ensuring high service standards
路Set and review performance targets aligned with company KPIs
路Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer support team
路Manage key processes including quotations, invoicing, dispatch, and deliveries
路Handle customer inquiries and conflict resolution effectively
路Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
路Collaborate with Sales & Operations to streamline customer interactions
路Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
What We're Looking For
路2+ years' experience in a customer service leadership role
路Proven track record of managing and developing teams
路Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
路Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
路Experience with ERP systems and process optimisation
路聽Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets & KPIs
路Full UK driving licence
