  • Employee Life-Cycle Management: Manage recruitment, induction, performance, conduct management, and exit interviews.
  • Culture and Engagement: Lead and enhance employee culture and engagement, aligning with the organisation’s vision and values.
  • Employment Law Expertise: Provide guidance and support to the management team regarding employment law.
