Infrastructure Analyst - Microsoft 365 Hatfield
We are proud to be working with one of the largest employers in the local area as they continue to expand their Team within their IT Services. They are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst / Engineer with a proven track record of managing M365 infrastructure.
They have a unique user base in excess of 30,000, this is a large, diverse environment. Joining a team responsible for the technical administration and maintenance of Microsoft infrastructure your role will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory and ADFS administration.
- Overseeing Windows server management.
- Implementing and monitoring security policies and GDPR compliance
- Staying updated on current security threats and trends, and applying systems security and patching following industry best practices.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 infrastructure with large corporate systems within a large enterprise networked environment
- Proven knowledge of server operating systems and virtualisation techniques
- Proven specialist understanding in Active Directory domain administration (OU creation, group setup, users, object moves) / Schema Updates / delegated rights administration
- A good understanding of ADFS - Trust Creation, management and administration
- Proven specialist understanding Microsoft 365 Administration, Security policy and health monitoring
- Proven specialist understanding of Windows Server OS Patch management
- A degree / equivalent qualification in computing, or equivalent expertise and experience.
