Our blue-chip client is seeking an IT Support Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT systems, cloud technologies, and preferably SQL, along with a willingness to learn.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are essential for documenting technical or user issues accurately.
This hybrid role requires flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
A starting salary of £28,000 plus benefits is offered, with immediate interviews available for the right candidate.

Our blue-chip client is seeking an IT Support Analyst with at least 2 years or more experience in a customer facing role, with a solid understandingnding of IT systems, cloud technologies and ideally SQL with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills. You will have the ability to troubleshoot and document technical or user issues with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be flexible, versatile, and adaptable with an ability to work under pressure with a commitment to deadlines and have the ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong relationships with internal and external user

You will possess strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role with a nice mix of 3 days on-site in Hatfield, Herts and 2 days remote working from home
