About the Role

An organisation based in Hatfield are currently looking for an experienced and highly organised PA/Team Administrator to support senior management and the wider team in a fast-paced office environment. This is a temporary position for 3 months, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and extensive experience in a similar PA or EA role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails and diaries, ensuring effective time management for senior staff.
  • Book travel arrangements and organise itineraries.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure they are distributed promptly.
  • Arrange and set up meetings, both internal and external.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in a PA or EA role, with a strong administrative background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
