What will the role involve?
As a Site Services Manager, you will execute operational plans and deliver high-profile or specialist projects with a direct impact on functional success. You will challenge existing processes and practices, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role demands a proactive approach to managing site services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in all operations.
Key responsibilities include;
Oversee staff and budget planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Assist in the development of functional strategies and the implementation of projects and concepts.
Lead, coach, and develop facility team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure continuous quality and cost efficiency.
Draft, finalize, and manage contracts with suppliers.
Manage the operation and maintenance of local locations and sites, including:
Canteen services
Cleaning services
Security measures
Space management
Maintenance tasks
Service agreements
Fire protection
Plant care and external services
Internal services
Oversee the CAPEX process, including idea generation, budget planning, and project management.
What youll need in order to be successful in the role
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven previous Facilities/ Site Services Manager experience
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong time management
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High levels of enthusiasm and a positive attitude to change and problem solving
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
