Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards
* Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste
* Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team

Shift Structure:
4 on 4 off (days)
OR
4 on 4 off (nights)
