We are looking for a Temporary Administrator to provide top-notch customer service and handle a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of our department. The assignment will run for 6-8 weeks to start ASAP.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage front-of-house operations and handle enquiries.
- Oversee mail inboxes and direct tasks as needed.
- Perform routine finance tasks, including purchasing and ordering.
- Provide administrative support for projects and senior staff.
- Organize committee meetings, including agenda and minute preparation.
