Large Format Production Supervisor
Hatfield
Salary up to £35k DOE
The Company & Role:
An established name within the signage industry this is a great opportunity to grow and progress within the business. They cater to a lot of different organisations, including but not limited to vehicle manufacturers, retailers, and limited business. They are on the lookout for a production supervisor who is able to supervise and manage their production facility and the staff within it. The role also involves speaking with clients, trouble shooting and quality control.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in:
- Large Format Printing - ideally operating large format printers
- Using RIP software, Ideally Onyx or Caldera RIPs
- Summa CAD Cutter or similar - Zund / Kongsberg / Plotter
- Liquid lamination & sheet lamination
- Must be competent in amending artwork using Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to overcome challenges
- Punctual and flexible including overtime
- Live in a commutable distance to Hatfield
