A thriving property consultancy is currently looking for a Property Manager, to maintain a portfolio of between 10-50 units/flats. The Property Manager role involves ensuring any issues including maintenance, inspections and deposit disputes are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

  • £35,000 - increasing to up to £40,000 after probation
  • 25 days holiday
  • 9am - 5pm
  • Excellent benefits include private healthcare, gym discounts, travel allowance, study support, free lunch every other Friday, annual bonuses and free parking
  • Opportunity to work 4 days a week after probation

Property Manager responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and within budget via regular site visits
  • Effectively interpreting the lease and working within the terms and conditions at all times
  • Monitoring collection of service charges to fund necessary works and respond within agreed service level time frames
  • Organising contractors and dealing with external agencies when required
  • Efficiently dealing with deposits, tenancy paperwork, inspections, and maintenance queries
  • Prioritising risk management through a full document trail and updating systems in accordance with changes in legislation
  • Providing excellent customer service to a variety of clients on all levels

Property Manager required skills/competencies:

  • Previous property management experience and foundation IRPM qualification desirable
  • Ability to understand leases and service charge budgeting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
