Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals? Grow the property register by securing new instructions? Manage a high-performing lettings team, supporting their development and success? Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability? Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and compliance? Deliver 1:1 coaching, team meetings, and performance reviews to keep your team motivated and on targetProven experience in Estate Agency Lettings required, you'll be:? Target-driven, ambitious, and tenacious, with a strong track record of success? A natural leader with team management experience? Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills?
